Company Update 14:39 Over the years, we have grown rapidly, expanding our operations with multiple factories scaling around the globe. However, with this rapid growth, certain areas have experienced a duplication of roles and job functions. As we steer the company towards our next phase of growth, it is crucial to scrutinize every aspect of our operations for opportunities to reduce costs and to enhance productivity.

In line with these objectives, we have conducted an exhaustive review of our organizational structure and have made the tough decision to reduce our global headcount by more than 10%. There is nothing I despise more, but these actions are necessary. This will enable us to remain lean, innovative, and eager as we embark on the upcoming growth cycle.
